BRDGC Tags ("the App") is an independent project built by a member of the Blue Ridge Disc Golf Club. The club itself does not own or operate the App. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account information - Your email address, used for sign-in via magic link.
• Profile information - Your display name, which you provide when setting up your profile.
• Tag activity - Records of tag claims, including timestamps.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and send sign-in links.
• To display your name on the leaderboard and in tag history.
• To track tag rankings and calculate statistics for the club.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your display name, tag rankings, and stats are visible to other club members within the app.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted data storage and secure authentication. Data is retained for as long as your account is active.

Camera Access

The App requests camera access solely to scan QR codes on tag stickers. No photos or video are stored or transmitted.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us through the support page.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
